About the Role: This is a full-time remote role. We’re seeking an ambitious and data-driven individual to lead CRM initiatives and collaborate closely with our CRM partner, Optimove. The key areas of focus will be enhancing player engagement, retention, and reactivation. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, experience in online gaming, and a willingness to support across the business will be required. Understanding of cryptocurrency is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies tailored to specific player segments.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, web push, web pop, in-product messages) and draft all respective copy.
- Analyze customer data for actionable insights and apply towards optimizations for improved performance metrics (e.g. activity days, deposits, turnover, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., VIP, Growth, Product) to launch above-the-line and below-the-line promotions.
- Regularly review and analyze results to ensure that our efforts are improving ROI.
- Monitor competition to identify new trends and best practice, and innovate by testing new concepts.
- Create and own reports and presentations to inform key internal stakeholders about performance of CRM and promotions.
